KDS Buttons are free of harmful RSL substances like lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium and other hazardous components, keeping our clients from harm's way.
KDS uses the renowned Italian BONETTI machines, for the finest products. To keep the machines up and running, a big team of qualified engineers and technicians and workers are employed at different department in factory for optimum quality production. The Production line includes Laser with Turning machines, color logo, side logo and non-logo turning machines with a cumulative capacity of 374400 gross per month.
Our Button manufacturing begins with mixing pre-measured chemicals with the accuracy seldom found in the industry. The mixed materials is then cast through either Sheet or Rod/Horn casting process, which provide the foundation of our button subsequently to be finished. The primary shape of our button is formed by Punching/Rod slicing process, which is followed by Curing to give strength of our buttons. Finally, Turning gives the exact shapes of our buttons and insertion of Logo as desired by our customers. At the end, we add required finish and luster on our buttons by Polishing and Drying. Last but not the least, the process is followed by Sorting to immaculately match every button before Packaging carefully into respective cartons. Needless to say that we carefully inspect every stage of our button production with the dedication and standards not easily found in the industry to bring out the very best Buttons for YOU.
