Position Title: Sr. Officer – Customer Services

Job Location: Chattogram

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 2/3 years of work experience in logistics/ Coordination Functions in a similar
2. Good operating knowledge of computer applications.
3. Fluency in Spoken & Written English & Bangla

Responsibilities :

Position responsibilities include yet are not limited to the following:

1. Coordinating with Sales, Planning, Production, and Dispatch to execute customer orders as per schedule and priority/urgency.
2. Providing customer support by answering customer queries and solving customer complaints on a daily basis.
3. Timely and accurate customer order processing, scheduling, account opening & maintenance.
4. Ensures the issues of proforma invoices & bills.
5. Coordinate with commercial and F&A on any LC-related clarifications as per the established system.
6. Customer Order Entry, ensuring appropriate documentation & tracking of orders for samples from customers, processing of the orders & delivery through the dispatch team.
7. Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
8. Update client databases
