Position Title: Sr Executive / Assistant Manager – Customer Services
Position Available: 01
Job Location: Dhaka
Requirements :
a) Candidates having 3-5 years practical working experience in a customer service role in the Garments Accessories company will be given priority.
b) Ability to work independently and the capacity to lead other team members
c) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
d) Strong problem-solving abilities.
e) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
f) Fluent in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities :
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
2. Process orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide information about our product range and services.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and empathetically.
4. Maintain accurate customer records.
5. Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Educational :
Masters / MBA in Business Studies
Behavioral :
