Requirements :
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to inspire and guide our talented sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of targets.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities included, yet not limited to, are:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Educational :
Post Graduate; MBA in Sales Management
Behavioral :
• Inspiring and motivating: The ability to energize and encourage the team, fostering a positive and driven atmosphere. This includes painting a clear picture of team goals and individual contributions.
• Setting Direction: Clearly define team objectives and align them with the overall company sales strategy.
