Ultratex is a continuous filament textured polyester thread. The textured filaments give the thread a soft feel and make it ideal for use on overlocking and cover seaming machineloopers to provide softness and comfort especially.

  • Melts at 250 - 260 o C, Softens at 220-240 o C
  • Shrinkage less than 1 % 2 at 150 o C

but less resistant to stronger alkalis,
especially at higher temperature.
