We are undertaking a whole new manufacturing setup at Dhaka for Packaging 8: sewing trims products within a very short time. We expect this to be one of the most advanced facilities in the country. A separate Training Development department conducts "Training Need Analysis" (T NA) through Focused Group Discussion (FGD), self and supervisors assessment and through HR observation.
